Qoricancha (3,400 meters above sea level / 11,200 feet): It is considered the most important temple of worship to the Sun God during the time of the Incas. After the Spanish invasion, this place became the Santo Domingo convent, although many pre-colonial vestiges remain.

Subsequently, the tourist transport will take the group to the upper part of the city, on a short 20-minute journey, until reaching the archeological fortress of Sacsayhuamán. This impressive complex, whose name means "the Sated Falcon," stands out for its gigantic, finely carved stone blocks, some weighing over 150 tons. Its perfect construction continues to astonish the world and represents one of the greatest expressions of Inca engineering. Additionally, every June 24th, the Inti Raymi or Festival of the Sun is celebrated here, the most important ceremony of the Inca calendar. From Sacsayhuamán, you can enjoy wide panoramic views of the city. The journey lasts between 40 and 45 minutes.
The route continues to the archeological site of Q'enqo, whose name means "labyrinth." This important ceremonial center stands out for its naturally carved rock formations and its close connection to Inca rituals and ceremonies. The visit lasts between 20 and 35 minutes.
