ATV TOUR TO MARAS, MORAY AND HUAYPO LAGOON – HALF DAY

Our tour begins early in the city of Cusco, where we’ll board our transportation heading to Cruzpata, the starting point of this exciting adventure. Upon arrival, our specialized guides will provide us with a safety briefing and driving instructions, followed by 15 minutes of practice that will allow us to familiarize ourselves with the ATVs and feel completely ready to live an unforgettable experience.

Once prepared, we’ll begin an unforgettable journey of approximately four hours and thirty minutes, traveling along rural roads and dreamlike Andean landscapes. Our first stop will be at Huaypo Lagoon, a place surrounded by imposing mountains and a sky that reflects in its crystal-clear waters. Here we’ll enjoy about twenty minutes to contemplate the tranquility of the surroundings, breathe pure air, and take spectacular photographs.

We’ll continue the route to Moray, one of the most enigmatic archaeological sites of the Inca Empire. Its circular terraces, used as an agricultural laboratory, reveal the ingenuity and ancestral knowledge of the Inca civilization. For about twenty minutes we’ll explore this impressive agricultural center, discovering its history and significance.

Finally, we’ll return to the ATV base to continue in our transportation to the Maras Salt Mines, a collection of more than 3,000 salt pools that have been exploited artisanally since pre-Inca times. This unique landscape, with its white terraces shining under the Andean sun, offers a simply spectacular view.

After this last stop, we’ll return to Cusco, filled with memories, incredible photos, and the excitement of having lived an experience where adventure, culture, and nature intertwine.
